Serengeti Sign adheres to the following cancellation policy: For cancellations made more than 120 days before the safari or tour starts, a 25% payment refund will be provided. For cancellations made between 119 and 90 days before the safari or tour starts, a 50% payment refund will be given. For cancellations made between 89 and 31 days before the safari or tour starts, a 75% payment refund will be issued. For cancellations made 30 days or less before the safari or tour starts, or in the case of a no-show, no refunds will be provided and 100% of the total costs will be charged. This ensures that Serengeti Sign can manage its resources effectively while offering flexible options for its clients.
Tour packages with Serengeti Sign are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total cost of the package. The balance is payable in full 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment or a 50% deposit is required if the tour is booked less than 30 days before the start date.
